See No Evil June 2016 – Women in Creative Industries
Firstly the hugely inspiring Emma Sexton – she not only runs Make Your Words Work, which is a network of over 50 consultants and freelancers, but also a business leader and spokesperson for gender equality in the creative industries.
Check out her website A Hetero Approach which looks at how to harmonise male and female work dynamics in the creative world – looking more at values rather than gender. Inspiring stuff.
Secondly Nicki Field who is Head of Illustration at Jelly London. They are production agency which represents a collection of creators – working with renowned directors, animators, illustrators, lettering artists and designers to create fluid content across all media. They have a great mix talent and are well worth checking out.
Finally and not leastly Bee Grandinetti who hails from Brazil
and studied motion graphics in Sweden at Hyper Island, and since worked with BlinkInk, Animade, Brikk, Giant Ant, Wonderlust and Makers Only. (It’s her Gif at the top of the page)
All this is on Tues June 7th from 7.00pm at Cafe 1001 91 Brick Lane London E1 6QL
As usual it’s free and there are great prizes to win courtesy of Stash Magazine.
